illuminatio, a service branch established by Shanghai Dianyue Management Consulting Co., Ltd (上海殿悦企业管理咨询有限公司), specializes in providing premier transnational investment banking services to burgeoning Chinese enterprises. Our approach involves collaborating with global industry partners and investors to enhance the value of companies deeply rooted in the Asian market.

Founded in 2017, Shanghai Dianyue is headquartered in the financial hub of China, Shanghai. Since its inception, the company has been actively involved in executing diverse capital market transactions across various sectors. These include real estate, industrial park operation, biomedical technology, sustainability, industrial development, renewable energy, materials science, and communication technology, among others.

With a proven history of successful partnerships in Hong Kong, the U.S., and Europe, we are dedicated to delivering innovative capital market solutions. Over the years, our team has achieved a commendable reputation in the Chinese asset management sector, and established enduring partnerships with leading financial institutions such as Chinese asset management companies (AMCs), trusts, insurance asset management organizations, and securities asset management organizations.

To facilitate our transnational services, illuminatio has also established a point of contact in Milan, Italy. This strategic move ensures efficient and effective service delivery to our clients, even when the projects are spanning across the vast Eurasian continent.

Mr. Xiaodong Su
Co-founder & Executive Director

Mr. Su has worked for over 18 years in large financial institutions in Europe and China. He is a senior investment banking practitioner and also the head of the company's Hong Kong investment banking project. Previously, Mr. Su has served as the Head of Trading at Deutsche Bank and Senior Vice President of Hainan Airlines Capital Group in China.

Mr. Haihang Liu
Head of Legal & Audit

Mr. Liu has over 15 years of IPO and oversea IPO experiences. He has also been a senior partner of PKF China since 2010. Mr. Liu holds a master's degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in the PRC and he is also a doctoral candidate.

Mr. Hong Yan
Co-founder & CEO

Since 2008, Mr. Yan has been at the forefront of China's thriving capital markets, with fifteen years of expertise. His project portfolio spans diverse sectors, including urban development, real estate, biopharmaceuticals, renewable energy, new materials, packaging and printing, and industrial IoT. He has played a key role in numerous major equity and debt projects. Notably, he is one of the earliest fund managers registered with the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Mr. Yan holds a Master's degree in Law from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Ms. Yanqiu Dai
Oversea ECM Senior Consultant

Ms. Dai has participated in a number of investment projects in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, as well as a new technology R&D center in cooperation with a particle dispersion research center in Germany. She leads the research of transnational industrial investment projects in the company. Ms. Dai holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California, a master's degree from the University of Oxford, and is a CFA charter holder. 

Mr. Zhipeng Yu
Director of Corporate Financing

Mr. Yu has over 10 years of experience in large financial institutions in the PRC. He has worked in Minsheng Bank and Asiafactor for nearly 10 years, and has rich experience in financing and project execution. Mr. Yu holds a master's degree in economics from Wuhan University.
