In 2023, initiated a financing project for a South Korean 5G communication technology company.

In 2017, led a natural gas industry fund project with China Orient AMC, initiating a ¥370 million acquisition fund, successfully acquiring exclusive operating rights for natural gas pipelines in Yunnan, Shanxi, and Northeast China, covering four cities with a combined population of 3 million.

The same year launched a ¥2.6 billion real estate acquisition project in Shanghai's Changning District, setting a record for the highest acquisition amount.

2018

In 2018, facilitated a directed private placement project for a Hong Kong main-market-listed company.

2019

In 2019, initiated a stock swap project and the acquisition of the third-largest financial leasing company in Jiangsu province.

2020

From 2018 to 2020, carried out several mixed-ownership reform and structured financing projects for various Chinese state-owned enterprises.

In 2020, executed a Southeast Asian bank acquisition project.

2021

In 2021, executed a $200 million USD bond issuance project for Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province.

The same year, established an Industrial IoT and financing project in the packaging and printing industry.

In 2022, launched a joint R&D center project through collaboration between a German dispersion technology center and China.

In the same year, orchestrated a private placement and acquisition for Sheng Medical, a Shanghai-main-market-listed company.
